Welcome this is simply my fullbody workout inspiration blog, here I post great fullbody workouts. Fullbody workouts are great for both hypertrophy, strength and increasing blood-circulation and cardio. Doing a fullbody workout routine is beneficial for both bodybuilders, athletes and regular people. The fullobdy workouts has been the gym industry's, strongmen and bodybuilders standard dummy program for ages, until they started to print and get more or less awsome content writers or until people started taking other benifical substances.My story 7 years ago I started working out, I started of with a fullbody workout routine and it was amazing. I did good gains and started eating more and did more gains until I started to gain some fat. Then I started to mix it up, looking at the others at the gym - the guys who got help from injections and pills. So I started to mix it up with differents splitts, I started a new training program each week and started to run to not gain more fat. Well little did I know.... But know I do know! I know how to workout out, I have tried all bodybuilding & strength routines on bodybuilding.com, muscleandstrength and the mensfitness. They all had one thing in common, they screwed up the basics for me. So now I will dedicate this blog to simple & usefull workout routines.
