A common situation for people who are interested in buidling muscle is the lack of proper food, or maybe more the lack of sufficient fonds (money) to buy the best food possible to maximize muscle gains.The Noodle diet - A common bodybuilding student situation
It is so that I am a poor student. And now I take hold of training again but then wonder about my diet. What I can afford is basically noodles and so I bought me some kg of pasta. I am looking to build muscle and then the protein intake is important, but what do you do with protein intake when you can not afford to buy hearty meat? I have BCAAs, creatine and whey protein - but one can not subsist solely on supplements of protein when they are "supplements". How do you think and what do you recommend me to do? Can I put on my muscles despite poor protein intake through food? Maybe it does not really matter how you get in the protein as long as you get in it? Do you know something inexpensive allternativ? What I am afraid of is that I train in vain because of my diet.Recipie of the egg and noodle student muscle diet
Noodles: as much as you can afford Eggs: As many as you can spare Ketchup: a big cup Veggies: Brocolli Serv with two big glasses of water Answer: Let us clarify that you will not work out in vain anyway. Cause you can never workout in vain :) I have worked out for years, but for about 4 months now, I've got really good results from just eating a lot of pasta, I have not been as careful getting me my proteins right - except my supplements that mostly consists of whey protein powder, but it has worked and given good results. Maybe, Then perhaps I had better results with a better diet, but it works anyway! It is lax and ripe ideal to base your protein intake on dietary supplements, if you would like to have it that way because you have too little money to spend on really good food. Base your diet around starchy foods, then your protein intake not be far from the recommended. Cover up the difference with smaller amounts of whey protein, beans, cheap meat, fish or eggs. Initially you can build muscles on whatever you eat.. Buy what you can afford and then eat as much of it as possible and you have so you should be fine. Good luck!Monday, May 25, 2015
